Customer Services Advisor

Annual salary £13,867.50 + benefits 17.5hrs per week

Part-time 17.5 hours a week, 5 days a week.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who will be front of house, the first point of contact dealing with our residents’ queries as they come in. We need someone who is a people person, someone that can campion excellent customer service and be helpful in every possible way. Someone confident to challenge and help to bring about change and improvements.

What can we offer?
This role sits within an exciting, close team of 5 that covers, Customer Service, Community and Resident Engagement, Marketing, Sales and Communications. We are a supportive team who work closely together to ensure key messages are shared with our residents, staff and partners to showcase all the work achieved by this role and the whole organisation. Working pattern will include 17.5 hours a week, 5 days a week working 10:30- 14:00 but can be flexible on working hours.
